ADP AdvancedMD Acquires PhyLogic Healthcare
ADP® recently announced the acquisition of privately-held PhyLogic Healthcare, a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company that serves small- and mid-size U.S. medical practices. ADP AdvancedMD®, a provider of cloud practice management, electronic health record, medical scheduling, and billing applications, will now offer outsourced medical billing services as well.
Raul Villar, President of ADP AdvancedMD, notes “With the acceleration of regulatory compliance challenges, including the move to ICD-10 coding standards, an increasing number of medical practices are outsourcing medical claims management.”
