As part of a continuing focus to drive improvements in operational efficiency, quality and service levels Kimberly-Clark today announced it is adopting OB10 eInvoicing technology to improve its Procurement and Accounts Payable processes. OB10 solutions will enable Kimberly-Clark suppliers to commence submitting electronic invoices to Kimberly-Clark directly from their existing billing systems.
Suppliers are not required to install new hardware or software and subscribing to the network is simple, allowing suppliers to commence sending invoices electronically from 48 hours after sigh-up. A key feature of the OB10 network is that it satisfies the demands of VAT and Tax administrations across Europe. Local tax authorities have accepted the removal of the paper invoice for companies using the OB10 service.
