EMC Acquires Watch4Net: Strengthening the Cloud Castle

EMC Corporation, one of the world’s largest makers of data-storage computers, acquired performance management software expert Watch4Net Solutions Inc., its partner for more than seven years, in an all-cash transaction on May 31st.
